Author spotlight: Donna Maree Hanson

In the lead-up to ARR2024 in March 2024 we will be spotlighting the authors who will be signing. In the spotlight today we have Donna Maree Hanson/Dani Kristoff. Donna will be signing in Sydney and Melbourne.

How long have you been reading romance?

Over 20 years

What genres do you write?

Paranormal romance mostly, some Victorian paranormal and SF romance as well

What is your favourite part of creating a story?

Drafting the story and seeing the story grow

Tell us about your latest release:

Awakenings is an SF romance set on a colony world. Deleen Milo wakes up a frozen soldier and gets a bit more than she bargained for. It ended up being less sexy than I had planned.

What else are you working on at the moment?

I’ve been working on a Regency romance but they are a hell of a lot harder to write than read.
