Release day: Midwife Under the Mistletoe

1 November 2018

Today is the official release of Midwife Under the Mistletoe by Karin Baine (ebook and paperback, Harlequin). Here’s the blurb:

A kiss under the mistletoe …

A family for Christmas?

GP Fraser McColl longs to be part of a loving family, but past experience has taught him he’s better off alone. Only, thrown together with gorgeous yet guarded midwife Iona Munro, to care for two children at Christmas, he’s tempted to believe in miracles… After one passionate night together, can he persuade Iona that they deserve a lifetime of happiness—together?

Karin dropped by today to tell us a little about this book:

I enjoyed writing my last Christmas book so much I jumped straight in again this year begging to do another one. There’s nothing I love more in the run up to Christmas than being cuddled up indoors with a cosy, festive romance and when you’re writing your own you get to put in all your favourite ingredients for a Christmas read. Holed up in a large Scottish estate for the holidays. Check. A hunky doctor with Grinch tendencies forced to get his Christmas cheer on for a couple of adorable children. Check. A snowstorm, a power cut and nowhere for our fiery couple to hide from their growing attraction. Check. Let’s just say the passion gets so hot it could melt the polar ice caps … I spent the Summer touring Scottish castles and remote countryside, so it wasn’t difficult to imagine the beauty and isolation there in the Winter and I hope I’ve been able to bring a little of it to you this Christmas.

You can find out more about this book at Karin’s website or buy it from Amazon.
