ARR2019: official bloggers

24 September 2018

The Australian Romance Readers Association is looking for three official bloggers for our upcoming events in March 2019. If you are a romance reader who has a blog that is focused primarily on romance reading, this could be you! We are looking for bloggers who will be enthusiastic about promoting the event, and also willing to share their experience at the event (with social media posts on the day and a wrap-up afterwards). You do not need to be an ARRA member to apply.

If you are interested in this role, you will need to post an article on your blog about the ARR2019 events. This will be your audition for the role. It must be posted by 5 October. One week later we will assess both the quality of your post and the reach of your post and social media cross-promotion.

All the details of the event are available here:

If you would like further information for your article, contact us at

What is up for grabs:

  • title of official blogger for either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne event
  • a profile in ARRA newsletter and on ARRA blog
  • free entry to the signing
  • VIP bag
  • a ticket to our members-only breakfast with the guest authors

(Note that we will not pay any associated travel or parking costs.)

What you need to do:

  • post an article about ARR2019 on your blog by 5 October
  • send us a link to the article
  • cross-promote the article on your social media accounts
