Release day: Wedding Night with Her Enemy

1 July 2017

Today is the official release of Wedding Night with Her Enemy by Melanie Milburne (ebook and paperback, Harlequin). Here’s the blurb:

Blackmailed by the billionaire!

Allegra Kallas detests Draco Papandreou—and she especially can’t stand the desire she feels whenever she sees the arrogant man who once rejected her! So she’s horrified when her father’s business runs into debt and the only man who can save them is none other than the ruthless Greek…

No matter how much Allegra protests, Draco knows the driven career woman feels the fire which rages between them. And he’s not above using his power to blackmail her into confessing it! To satisfy their cravings, Draco has a sinful plan: he’ll make Allegra his wife, and seduce her into his bed…

Melanie dropped by today to tell us a little about this book:

Some of my readers were asking for me to write a Greek hero so I decided to do a ‘marriage of convenience’ and ‘enemies to lovers’ story trope combined. I hadn’t written a Greek hero or Greek setting for ages so it was fun to revisit one of my favourite places. I travelled to Greece a few years ago and spent some time in Athens and on the island of Santorini. I still remember the incredibly bright, hot, sunshine and the amazing blue of the ocean and the startling white of the houses with their distinctive blue domes. Oh, and the amazing sunsets! Such a romantic place. I gave my Greek billionaire hero Draco Papandreou his own private island—as you do when you’re a romance author! I love how I can give away private islands, yachts and mansions and decorate them as I wish. ☺ And Allegra Tallis, my half-Greek heroine is a career woman—a powerful London lawyer. I was thinking Amal Clooney when I was writing this! Allegra is no pushover but when Draco decides he wants something, he lets no one—not even a feisty firebrand like Allegra—stand in his way. I hope you enjoy Draco and Allegra’s story.
