Release day: His Outback Cowgirl
Today is the official release of His Outback Cowgirl by Alissa Callen (ebook, Tule Publishing Group). Here’s the blurb:
Australian cowgirl Bridie Willis travels to Montana to escape the pain of losing her father. Headstrong and determined, she plans to spend the summer alone photographing wild animals. Instead she finds herself saddled with a stubborn cowboy as a back-country guide.
Ethan Morgan has been shaped by a childhood spent on the run. Cautious, steady and conservative, he is tasked with ensuring the beautiful, risk taking cowgirl doesn’t ditch him or come to any harm.
But the biggest challenge Ethan must face is to accept how Bridie makes him feel. And the biggest risk Bridie must take is to trust in her heart.
Alissa dropped by today to tell us a little about this book:
His Outback Cowgirl is the fourth novella in my Wildflower Ranch series published by Tule Publishing. The inspiration for His Outback Cowgirl came from two rural places I have lived in—small-town Australia and small-town America. I wanted to write a book that showcased the common denominators between the two worlds—the natural beauty of the areas, the close-knit communities and the universal deep love for family. When Australian cowgirl, Bridie Willis, travels to Montana, despite the differing accents and night sky, she finds a world not so different to the one she’d left behind.
