Release day: Fast Forward

1 February 2013

Today is the official release of Fast Forward by Juliet Madison (ebook, Escape Publishing).  Here’s the blurb:

Fast ForwardAspiring supermodel Kelli Crawford seems destined to marry her hotshot boyfriend, but on her 25th birthday she wakes in the future as a fifty-year-old suburban housewife married to the now middle-aged high school nerd. Trapped in the opposite life of the one she wanted, Kelli is forced to re-evaluate her life and discover what is really important to her. Will she overcome the hilarious and heartbreaking challenges presented to her and get back to the body of her younger self? Or will she be stuck in the nightmare of hot flushes, demanding children, raunchy advances from her husband, and hideous support underwear forever?

Juliet dropped by today to tell us a little about this book:

I got the idea for this book when I was reading another book that had a character who acted beyond her age, and I wondered what it would be like for someone to age suddenly overnight. I was reminded of movies like Suddenly 30 and Big, but wanted the character to be an age she didn’t want to be so I could put her in lots of awkward, funny, and embarrassing situations. I also wanted the character’s love life to be the opposite of what she’d planned for so she could learn what true love is all about.

You can find out more about this book at Juliet’s website or blog and you can buy it at Amazon and other online etailers or at Escape Publishing.

Juliet is giving away a $50 Amazon gift card and a $25 Amazon gift card at the end of her February blog tour. Comment on this post with your email address to go in the draw. Winner drawn 2 March.
