Author spotlight: Maggie Nash

28 December 2012

Maggie NashMaggie Nash is the author of several erotic romance stories. Her action/adventure story ‘The Relic’ was a finalist in the ARRA Favourite Erotic Romance awards for 2010. Maggie lives on the south coast of NSW.

Welcome Maggie to the spotlight …

Have you attended one of ARRA’s events before?

I was fortunate to be one of the organisers of the first ARRC in 2009 and also went to ARRC2011. For the first one, the best bit was that people turned up! Not only turned up, but the amazing author line up, and the energy with our readers was amazing. I think the best thing was that so many people found a voice for their love of romance fiction, and also that the local publishers and press stood up and took notice about the popularity of our revered genre.

What are you most looking forward to at ARRC2013?

I’m looking forward to having fun with all the readers, and catching up with all the great friends I’ve made since ARRA began.

Tell us about your latest book…

My exciting news is that my writers group has formed a cooperative, TWC Press, and we’ve published our first anthology Moonlit Encounters, which is available now from all the popular online booksellers. Β It’s a collection of eight different stories by eight authors and it is introducing my other persona Maggie Mitchell, who writes non-erotic contemporary romance, and romantic suspense.

What do you have coming up next?

Kinky Bet is set for release in April 2013. It’s an erotic romance and will be published by Total-e-Bound Publishing.

Keep an eye out for Maggie’s books and give them a try:

If you are an ARRA member or registered for ARRC2013, check out the member’s loop or ARRC Lounge loop for details of our Author Spotlight competition.
